How can I return items?

Reouten in Germany:

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. We offer you an extended right of return of 30 days.
If you are registered as a customer in our online store, you can easily generate your return label yourself in your customer account under "Create return". The system will guide you through the individual steps and then you simply click on "Create return" and can then print out a DHL label.
If you have ordered as a guest, the return slip and return label are located on the outside of the box in a red envelope.
Once we have received the goods, you will receive a corresponding refund or exchange of the goods after checking.
Please send the parcel to the address stated on the return slip. You can use the enclosed return label for this purpose.


Returns from abroad:

Returns from other European countries are only free of charge in the event of a complaint. Please contact our customer service for this.

How long can I return my order?

My order is broken. What should I do?

If your delivery contains broken goods, please send a photo to our customer service shop@dibbern.de

You will then receive further instructions as soon as possible.

How much will the return cost me?

Returns are free of charge and possible within 14 days.

How do I get a refund for returned items?
You will receive your money back in the same way as you paid us.
Can I return my voucher?

There is no entitlement to a cash payment of a purchased voucher.
