FINE BONE CHINA is the centerpiece of the DIBBERN collection. In ceramic production, Fine Bone China is one of the most technically and manually demanding porcelains and is characterized by its exceptional transparency, strength and high resistance. While porcelain is often pressed by machine today for cost reasons, DIBBERN plates, bowls and cups from Fine Bone China are still turned by hand in the traditional way. The result of this elaborate production process is seven times the stability of comparable products.

Environment and resources

The careful use of natural resources in our manufactory is firmly anchored in our corporate values. We optimize our raw material productivity by collecting excess raw material and glaze for recovery for the further production cycle. With the help of a water treatment plant, filtered water is fed back into the usage cycle. We use the waste heat from our kilns to heat the entire production facility. The broken porcelain produced in the production cycle is put to good use by making it available to the industry in a cost-neutral way.

Sustainability

SUSTAINABILITY

We only use environmentally friendly and pollutant-free ingredients for our products, which are manufactured in accordance with applicable EU standards. Our glazes used in the production process are free of lead and cadmium, which means that we comply with the strict regulations of the California Proposition.
