Can several orders be combined?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine several orders, as each order is processed immediately.

Can I change, add or cancel my order afterwards?

It is no longer possible to change your order afterwards.
Whether orders can still be canceled depends on the processing status of your order.

When will my goods arrive?

Available items, i.e. items that are marked as available, are usually delivered within approx. 3 - 5 working days, regardless of your chosen payment method. For items that are not currently available, delivery may take longer. Rest assured that we will arrange delivery as soon as the goods are available again.

Where can I view my orders?

You can view your orders by clicking on ‘Log in’ and logging in with your e-mail address and password. Call up the order history, where you can see your last orders at a glance.

How do I purchase a voucher?

You can buy the voucher as a PDF to print out yourself, for which you will receive a separate email with a voucher code. Vouchers can only be redeemed individually and cannot be combined with each other.
