Metal marks on porzellan

To ensure you enjoy your porcelain for many years, we recommend using the correct settings on your dishwasher. Always make sure to use the appropriate dosage of detergent, salt, and rinse aid.

If you notice metal marks on the surface, they can usually be removed easily using a porcelain or ceramic cooktop cleaner.

One Color

One Color is dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe.

Solid Color

Solid Color is dishwasher safe (with the exception of Signal Red, Plum, Gold, and Platinum) and microwave safe (with the exception of Gold and Platinum). In the early 1980s, Dibbern's award-winning pure form from the 1930s was reinterpreted with color. Today, Solid Color offers consumers an almost endless variety of individual combinations with 41 contemporary colors as well as Gold and Platinum. The development and manufacture of Solid Color products is subject to the highest standards of design and quality. Everything is coordinated with a sense of style and color. Solid Color items are manufactured exclusively in Germany.

Fine Bone China

Dibbern Fine Bone China white and colored designs are dishwasher and microwave safe. When you purchase Dibbern Fine Bone China, you are acquiring a recognized premium product that is manufactured exclusively at our factory in Hohenberg, Bavaria. Dibbern Fine Bone China represents the highest level of technical and artisanal excellence in ceramic manufacturing. The clear, timeless design with its delicate transparency is characterized by exceptional durability. The glaze is lead- and cadmium-free and complies with the strict standards of the European Union.

Dishwasher and microwave safe with precious metal decorations

Dishwasher safety for gold decorations:

Dibbern Fine Bone China gold decorations are dishwasher safe, with the exception of Golden Line and Goldrausch. These must be washed by hand for daily use.

Dishwasher safety for platinum decorations:

We recommend washing by hand for daily use. The platinum is applied by hand after the porcelain parts have been finished and fired in a separate firing process. A protective glaze layer cannot be applied. This makes platinum decorations more sensitive to mechanical impact.

Precious metal decorations are not microwave-safe, as the metal reflects the waves and could damage both the decorations and the microwave.
