Login + customer account
I cannot log in.

Please check that you have spelled your e-mail address correctly. Have you entered your password correctly? It should have at least 6 characters and may only consist of letters and numbers. Special characters or spaces are not permitted.

I have forgotten my password.

Click on "Log in" in our online store and then click on "Forgot your password?". Now enter the e-mail address you used to register with us and we will send you a link that you can use to reset your password.

How do I change my address?

Click on "Log in" in our online store and log in with your e-mail address and password. Under Address book you can now change your billing or delivery address or add further delivery addresses to your account.

How do I change my password?

Click on "Log in" in our online store and log in with your e-mail address and password. Then click on "Change password" under Account information. Now enter your current password and the new password, confirm the new password and click on "Save".

Why should I create a customer account?

By creating a customer account, you can expect many benefits:

  • You can view the current status of your order and your previous orders at any time.
  • Your addresses are automatically copied for the next order.
  • You can store several delivery addresses in one address book.
How can I delete my customer account?
