You have the possibility to return your order within 14 days. Please contact our customer service for further instructions. Thank you.

How can I return items?

Please send the package to the address indicated on the return slip. You can use the enclosed return label for this purpose.

My order is broken. What should I do?

If your delivery contains broken goods, please send a photo to our customer service department

You will then receive further instructions as soon as possible.

How long do I have to return my order?

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. As you are buying directly from the manufacturer, we offer you an extended right of return of 30 days.

How much will the return cost?

A return label is enclosed with our parcels, which you can use to return the goods to us free of charge. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service, who will provide you with a new return label.

How do I get my refund for returned items?

You will receive your money back in the same way you paid us:

  • If you paid by credit card, the money will also be credited back to your credit card.
  • If you pay by PayPal, the money will be credited back to your PayPal account.
  • With "Sofortüberweisung", payments already made will be transferred back to you.
