When will my goods arrive?
We usually deliver available items, i.e. items that are marked as available, within 2 - 5 working days, regardless of your chosen payment method. For items that are currently not available, delivery can take up to 4 weeks, regardless of your chosen payment method.

You can view your orders by clicking on "Log in" and logging in with your email address and password. There you will see your recent orders at a glance.
I would like to buy a gift card, but I can't find one in the online shop.
You can buy the gift card as a PDF to print out yourself, for this you will also receive a separate email with a voucher code.
