I cannot log in.
Please check that you have written your email address correctly. Have you entered your password correctly? It should have at least 6 characters and may only consist of letters and numbers. Special characters or spaces are not allowed.
I have forgotten my password.
Click on "Log in" in our online shop and then click on "Forgot your password? Now enter the email address you used to register with us and we will send you a link to reset your password.
How do I change my password?
Click on "Login" in our online shop and log in with your e-mail address and password. Then click on "Change password" under Account Information. Now first enter your current password and the new password, confirm the new password and click on "Save".
How do I change my address?
Click on "Login" in our online shop and log in with your e-mail address and password. Under Address Book you can now change your billing or delivery address or add more delivery addresses to your account.
Why should I create a customer account?
By creating a customer account you can expect many advantages:
- You can view the current status of your order as well as your previous orders at any time.
- Your addresses will automatically be used for your next order.
- You can store several delivery addresses in one address book.
